Cover Supply Co. is a division of Equal Seven Creative, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the Cover Supply Co. platform available at coversupply.co and app.coversupply.co (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Clerk, our authentication provider.

Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the Service, including generation history, preset selections, and export activity, in order to enforce subscription limits and improve the product.

Generated Content: Images generated through the Service are processed via the Ideogram API. We do not permanently store generated images on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Cover Supply Co.:

  • Clerk — Authentication and user management
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Ideogram — AI image generation
  • Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at hello@equalseven.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and to maintain your session. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
