Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cover Supply Co. (the "Service"), operated by Equal Seven Creative, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cover Supply Co. provides an AI-powered album art generation platform. The Service allows subscribers to generate, iterate on, and export digital artwork for use in music releases and related creative projects.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Recurring Billing: After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected billing interval (monthly or annual) until cancelled.

Usage Limits: Each subscription tier includes a set number of generations and DSP-ready exports per month. Unused generations do not roll over. Exceeding your limit will prompt an upgrade or overage purchase.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@equalseven.com within 7 days.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

Images you generate through the Service using your prompts and inputs are yours to use for personal and commercial music releases, subject to the terms of Ideogram's API usage policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

The underlying style models, prompt templates, and platform infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Equal Seven Creative, LLC.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Use automated tools to generate content at scale beyond your subscription tier

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@equalseven.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equal Seven Creative, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
